3D Printing and Scanning

3D Printing

Project P_CUBE 3D Printing Project

This section features one of my favorite 3D printing projects, a fully 3D-printed frame for a 3D printer. What makes it special is that it includes design features that couldn’t be made with CNC machining or injection molding. For example, I added zip-tie mounting brackets to make assembly easier and a custom extruder motor holder with an extended design to improve how it functions. These details show how 3D printing lets you create shapes and solutions that traditional manufacturing just can’t handle. This project really challenged me to design an object that could only be manufactured through 3D-printing.

3D Scanning

This section highlights my 3D scanning work. I used my iPhone 15 Pro's LiDAR scanner to create an accurate 3d modle of my head, and then 3d printed it using TPU filament for impact resistance.
